		<description>I'm sure you had reasons to believe he would not care, but legally it is his right to know about the child...not to mention his responsibility to provide support for the child.  Now the thing to do is to have him acknowledge paternity. If you contact your county or state bureau of vital statistics they can tell you how to do this. Once that's established, then you start the process for getting child support and visitation.
