Now the thing to do is to have him acknowledge paternity. If you contact your county or state bureau of vital statistics they can tell you how to do this. Once that's established, then you start the process for getting child support and visitation. Besides, not all men leave when a woman becomes pregnant. Many of them do shoulder their responsibilities.
