Nothing worse than …
Nothing worse than the loss of innocence as a society. Shootings of MLK jr, JFK, the cold war. My life has been as simple & fun.
Immagine this same scenario generations ago, after Lincoln was shot, the civil war.
The structure of a society rises out of necessity and functionality, the cost is fragility of structure. Rules of society are created in the same way as syntax of a language. Everyone must agree, so that things can get done.
As far as the show, think of Popeye to a real sailors life.

The theme song has …
The theme song has everything to do with the feel of the show and the mellow-dramatic, sadness of success feel of the 50’s and 60’s of the show. Just in the same way the cutout black and white figures do not look like real humans, they don’t even have eyes, but you understand that they are human. I think that the show is fascinating because it is in a way mediocre and normal life, more internal struggle of real life scanarios, You will see the fascination if you do not look for it.

Every single …
Every single element of this show is well conceived. It’s the type of show everyone should be watching because it’s so brilliant.
For the longest while I kept hearing about it and always said I have to watch. But I didn’t get into it until it was available on iTunes and I am absolutely addicted.
